We had a really nice stay for a perfect weekend away.
The hotel's location was stunning, near the restaurant and waiting staff. Furthermore, iN CITY. Thoroughly enjoyed how the romantic and well-maintained room on the "24 hour" bar was arranged when we arrived...

Nice bedding.
the hotel was relaxing and fairly clean with very caring and amazingly attentive staff on checking out the young receptionist. good and perfect location in bath, just next door to different areas for different needs-afternoon tea, the town centre in 15-20 minutes walking through a gorgeous park, and such a large restaurant.

Our family really likes this hotel! Our favorite one in Bath! Beautiful spa area, swimming pool with mineral water, sauna complex! Quiet and peaceful place! Green park!
Breakfast is very tasty, but we had to wait a long time! You need to expand the self-service area!!!!!

Hotel was nice, you could tell it is a little old. Beautiful spa area - beautiful for a wellness day. Service was good.
Parking was expensive, furniture / bed were somewhat old and not very comfortable

Airy room with very comfy bed and down pillows. Brilliant and fab location in central part of the Bath, adjacent to set back in a green area as well as shops and restaurants. Also, on the hill in the garden.

The Macdonald Bath Spa Hotel exudes elegance and warmth, with its beautiful gardens and traditional decor, made wandering its halls a delight. The accessible pathways made it easy for me and others to explore safely and comfortably.
Improve the breakfast service speed and quality.

The location in the beautiful park, just outside the city centre, but close to the "Holburne Musem" (great collection). Very good dinner a la carte.
Chaos at breakfast, 25 minutes waiting for coffee. The buffet was untidy, very unsightly and partly unappetizing (toast was placed on the buffet in the factory packaging). Nothing was added and none of the staff noticed.

The hotel, the room and the restaurant were great.
But the spa area was far away from 5 stars. I guess nothing has been done there since the opening.

The room was bright and spacious with a dual aspect. The bed was super comfy, one of the best I've slept in. The bathroom felt luxurious and was clean. It was nice to have the little touches like red petals on the bed for our anniversary. I loved the outdoor pool too. It was warm and perfect. A lovely stay!

The hotel was very nice but we feel the breakfast should be included in the price as we were not aware that the breakfast was not included until we received the confirmation.

Lovely room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom needs serious renovations. Tiles dirty and grouting in a poor state. Bath cracked and general appearance of the bathroom is poor. A pity though as this is a lovely hotel with the most beautiful gardens.

Lovely stay with great views
Had a wonderful 3-night stay with a gorgeous view of Bath from our room on the third floor. The staff were super friendly and helped us find our way around. Breakfast was decent, with a nice selection of pastries, but the shower took way too long to warm up. Still, the experience overall was really nice.
